Flamingo provides software tools for appointment-based businesses, including booking management, customer management, staff scheduling, products, memberships, reporting and related business features.
Each business is responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring that authorised users have appropriate access.
The business is responsible for activity carried out through its account.
Flamingo subscriptions may be offered on monthly or annual billing cycles.
Available features, branch limits, staff limits and other plan allowances are shown on the pricing page or agreed separately with the business.
A one-time setup or onboarding fee may apply.
The amount depends on the business's requirements and will be agreed before paid onboarding work begins.
Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
Businesses are responsible for keeping billing information current and paying applicable charges when due.
Businesses may request to upgrade or downgrade their subscription.
Changes may affect available features, usage limits and future billing.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, businesses may cancel their subscription in accordance with their agreed billing arrangement. There is no lock-in contract.
Amounts already paid for a billing period are not automatically refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Where online customer payments are enabled, payments are processed using the business's configured payment provider.
Flamingo does not charge a commission on bookings unless a different commercial agreement is explicitly entered into.
Payment-provider charges may still apply separately.
Customer payment funds are intended to settle according to the arrangement between the business and its selected payment provider.

Businesses remain responsible for their customer relationships and for ensuring they have an appropriate basis for collecting and using customer information.
Flamingo processes information as necessary to provide the platform.
Flamingo must not be used:
Flamingo aims to provide a reliable service but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party services or circumstances beyond reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
Some Flamingo functions rely on external providers such as hosting, messaging, authentication or payment services.
Those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
The Flamingo software, interface, branding and related materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Businesses retain ownership of their own branding, content and business information.
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary because of:
Reasonable efforts should be made to resolve ordinary issues before termination where practical.
Flamingo is a business software platform and does not itself provide the salon, spa, fitness, clinic, wellness or other services booked through businesses using Flamingo.
Each business remains responsible for its own services and customer commitments.
These Terms may be updated from time to time as Flamingo develops or legal and operational requirements change.
