The questions everybody asks.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Yes. A one-time setup and onboarding fee applies. The final amount is quoted separately based on your business size, number of branches, data migration and customization requirements.
- Do you charge commission on bookings?
- No. The subscription is a fixed monthly fee, and we do not take a commission from your bookings.
- Where do customer payments go?
- When online payments are enabled, customer payments are configured to settle directly to your business through your connected payment setup. Flamingo does not hold your service revenue.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Move up when you add a branch or more staff, and move down if you need to. Subscriptions are managed with you directly.
- What happens if I go over the staff limit?
- We talk to you rather than switching anything off. Each plan lists its branch and staff limits above so there are no surprises.
- Do you support Arabic?
- The platform is English today. Arabic support for the customer-facing booking site is planned and the product is built with bilingual layouts in mind—we will not pretend it has shipped before it has.
